Privacy Policy

Sutamani — Effective July 14, 2026

Sutamani is a fuel price and delivery app for the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed to show fuel prices and deliver your orders — nothing more.

Information we collect

Account details — your name and email address, received from Google or Apple when you sign in. With Sign in with Apple you may hide your email; the app works fully without it.
Contact & delivery details — the phone number, delivery address, and optional map location (latitude/longitude) you enter when placing an order or saving your profile.
Order history — the fuel type, quantity, price, and status of orders you place.
Push notification token — a device identifier issued by Apple/Google (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can notify you about your orders. Only stored while notifications are enabled.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise background location, advertising identifiers, or analytics profiles. Location is used only at the moment you pick a delivery point on the map, with your permission.

How we use it

To deliver fuel orders to the address and phone number you give us.
To show your order history and its status.
To send order-status and service notifications (only if enabled — you can turn them off any time in Settings).
To operate, secure, and maintain the service.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers that make the app work: Google (Sign-In) and Apple (Sign in with Apple) for authentication, and Google Firebase for delivering push notifications. Delivery staff see only the details of the order they are delivering.

Retention & deleting your account

Your information is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time inside the app: Settings → My Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal data. Past orders are kept in anonymized form (quantities and totals only, with no name, phone, address, or location) for legitimate business records.

Security

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Sign-in tokens are verified cryptographically and passwords are never stored in plain text.

Children

Sutamani is intended for adults ordering fuel and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
